By using Dottli.com, you agree to the terms described below.

  1. General Policy

All purchases made on Dottli.com are considered final once the service has been used, accessed, or AI-generated content has been produced.

Digital services are non-returnable, and we cannot revoke the delivery of AI-generated content once created.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

✅ 2.1. Technical Issues

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if: • The platform fails to function as intended • You are unable to access paid features • AI output is not generated due to a system error • There is a confirmed technical failure caused by our system

Eligibility requires verification by our support team.

✅ 2.2. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same subscription or purchase, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

✅ 2.3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your account was billed without permission, contact us immediately. Refund approval will depend on fraud-check review and account activity logs.

  1. Non-Refundable Cases
