3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the Service to generate illegal or harmful content;

Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the underlying algorithms;

Use automated tools or scripts to overload, damage, or interfere with the Service;

Upload or input malicious, harmful, or infringing data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. AI Output Ownership & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated:

You retain rights to the content you create using Dottli.

You are responsible for reviewing AI Outputs to ensure accuracy, legality, and suitability before use.

You acknowledge that AI Outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users due to the nature of AI models.

Dottli retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying user inputs and outputs to improve the Service, unless you explicitly opt out where available.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Dottli for:

Creating or distributing harmful, defamatory, violent, or abusive content;

Creating deepfakes or impersonating individuals without consent;

Violating intellectual property rights of others;

Automating harmful activities such as spam, scams, cyberattacks, or fraud;

Generating medical, legal, or financial advice presented as certified or professional guidance.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Dottli’s platform, AI models, software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Dottli.com. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Service.

7. Payment, Fees & Billing

Some features of the Service require paid subscriptions or usage-based fees. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information;

Allow us to charge your payment method for recurring fees unless you cancel;

Pay for any taxes or additional charges that may apply.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:

You violated these Terms;

Your activities pose legal or security risks;

You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dottli.com is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

Loss of profits, data, or business interruption;

Errors, inaccuracies, or harmful effects caused by AI Outputs.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service within the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dottli.com, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service;

Your violation of these Terms;

Your misuse of AI Outputs.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or reference third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify users by email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dottli.com operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local legislation.
